William Robert Kelley Jr

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the Celebration of Life service for Mr. William Robert Kelley Jr., age 60, who passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at his residence. Mr. Kelley was a native of Nashville, TN, and a longtime resident of Appling County. He was an entrepreneur and a construction worker.

Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by his parents, William Robert Kelley Sr., and Mary Delphine Kelley.

Surviving are his four children, William Robert “Bubba” Kelley III (Amy Fowler), Kimberly Clark (Benny), Michele Kelley (Kevin Vaughn), and Brandi Kelley (Cameron Barfield); six grandchildren, Kaden Kelley, Addison Kelley, Lucas Vaughn, Lzzy Clark, Anna Grace, and Kimber Rose; three siblings, Earl Moore (Carolyn), Terry Carter (Allen), and Debra Kelley also survive.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. from Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Allen Carter officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

The family will gather at the home of Brandi Kelley 2450 Ben Carter Rd Baxley, Ga 31513.
