Wayne Sapp

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for Mr. Wayne Sapp, age 82, who passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his residence. He was born November 10, 1938 in Wayne County living most of his life in Appling County. Mr. Sapp was a retired farmer and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Mr. Sapp is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Rosa Lee Sapp; and two brothers, Bernon and Linton Sapp.

Surviving is his wife of fifty-six years, Ima Dean Kent Sapp; two daughters, Yvette Cauley (Dennis) and Dynette Brinkley; two grandsons, Marcus Cauley (Karsyn) and Ashton Brinkley; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. from the Memorial Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Alan Stalvey officiating.

Active Pallbearers will be Reid Turner, Chad Kent, Wally Sapp, Steve Sapp, Marcus Cauley, and Ashton Brinkley.
