Virginia Beasley Ford

Virginia Beckworth Beasley Ford, 85, passed a Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Memorial Health Center. She was a member of the Eastern Star of Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her son, Hershel Vennon Beasley; a brother, Harley Daniel Beckworth; a sister, Dora Beckworth Dukes.

Survivors are a sister, Olivia Beckworth Ortz of Knoxville, TN, two brothers, James Maxwell Beckworth of Columbia, SC and Robert Holt Beckworth Sr. of Macon, GA; several nieces, nephews and other family also survive.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 12pm at the David E. Miles Funeral Home chapel.

Visitation will be held at 11 am prior to the funeral on Wednesday.

Interment will follow in the Asberry United Methodist Church Cemetery.
