Shirlyn Vaughn

Miles~Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Sherlyn "Sherry" Vaughn, 54, who passed away Friday, November 21, 2014 at Emanuel Medical Center. She was a native and lifelong resident of Appling County.

Survivors include her parents, Artis and Jessie Mae Vaughn of Baxley; two daughters, Jessica Hampton and husband Chad of Baxley and Jennifer Murphy and husband Brent of Baxley; two brothers, George Vaughn and Miles Vaughn and wife Gina; two sisters, Julie Carter and husband Jimmy and Brenda Gruber and husband David; three grandchildren, Felicity Lee, Mark Lee and Payson Murphy and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 3pm at Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Lamar Lee officiating.

Interment will follow in the Friendship Congregational Christian Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to funeral services on Sunday.

Active Pallbearers will be her nephews.
