Robert D. Jarrell Jr.

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the death of Mr. Robert “Bobby” D. Jarrell Jr., age 66, who passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Harborview Health in Jesup. Bobby was a native of Appling County, and a longtime resident of Wayne County. He was a retired safety manager with Rayonier, and an avid fisherman, skilled hunter, and outdoorsman. Bobby was a loving father, grandfather, son, and brother.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Jarrell Sr., and brother, Richard Jarrell.

Surviving are his children, Josh Jarrell (Brandi), Jeremiah Jarrell (Cattie), Jared Jarrell (Holly), and Jessica Jarrell, grandchildren, Layla Jarrell, Josiah Jarrell, Javen Jarrell, and Charlie Jarrell, mother, Evelyn Jarrell, siblings, William “Bill” Jarrell (Laurie), Frances Jarrell, and Randy Jarrell.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from the Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dickey Waters officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
