Phyllis Turner

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for Mrs. Phyllis Turner, age 62, who passed away Monday, September 19, 2022, at Appling Healthcare System after a long illness. Mrs. Turner was an honest and loving person who still enjoyed life after getting sick. Although Mrs. Turner did not attend church regularly, she had an unfounded devotion to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her parents, James Phillip and Thelma Delorese Anderson Taylor; and two siblings, Peter Mateika and Melanie Sue Thornton.

Surviving is the love of her life, her husband, Albert Turner; and two siblings, Phillip James Taylor, and JoAnne Kittle (Dave).

The funeral service will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. from the Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tom McCoy officiating.

Interment will follow in the Campground Methodist Church Cemetery.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
