Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Aycock Lynch, age 86, who passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL. Mrs. Lynch was a native of Appling County and a member of the 1954 graduating class of Appling County High School. She was a member of Highlands Baptist Church and attended Red Oak Baptist Church. Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker, began her career with Prudential Insurance Company and was a secretary for twenty-five years with the Florida Baptist Convention.
Mrs. Lynch was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Preceding her in death is a son, Ricky Lynch, grandson, Shaun Hathaway, sisters, Bronnie Kennedy and Tiffany Lott, brother, Bill Aycock, and parents, Roosevelt and Pauline Morris Aycock.
Surviving is her husband of sixty-seven years, A. Brady Lynch, daughter, Lisa Hathaway, son, J. Ronald Lynch, granddaughter, Kristin Pickren (Chris), two great grandchildren, Camden and Abby Pickren, two brothers, Alvin Aycock (Latrelle) and Donald Aycock (Jane).
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 11 A.M. from the Red Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Ron Ross, Reverend Robbie Gill and Reverend Denny Waters officiating.
Interment will follow in the Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday one hour prior to the service at Red Oak Baptist Church.
Active Pallbearers are Dale Lynch, Hershel Lynch, Brett Aycock, Andy Aycock, Rocky Courson and Junior Johnson.
Honorary Pallbearers are Aubrey Lynch, Kim Lott, Eddie Black, Edsel Bullard, James Lynch, Curtis Taylor, Wayne Lynch, Lamar Deen, the Adult Sunday School class of Red Oak Baptist Church and all in attendance.
The family will assemble at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. Brady Lynch at 2121 Red Oak Rd. in Baxley.
