Norma Jean Cooper

Miles - Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Norma Jean Cooper, age 77, who passed away Friday, December 11, 2015. She was born November 26, 1938 in Baxley to the late Burch and Pithena Carter Dyal. Norma had lived in Jacksonville, FL since 1958 coming here from Baxley and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded by her son, Harry Cooper.

Survivors include her sons, James Cooper (Debra), William Cooper, Eric Cooper (Susan); grandchildren, April, Erica, Libbyann and Brittany; a host of other relatives and riends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 16 at 11 am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home with the Reverend Allen Carter officiating.

Interment will follow in the Miles Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday at 10 am at the funeral home.

Miles-Nobles Funeral Home will be in charge of local arrangements.
