Miles~Nobles Funeral Home announces the funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Gail Mincey, age 67, who passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at Appling Healthcare. She was a native and lifelong resident of Appling County and a retired seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Mildred Carter Yarbrough; a daughter, Kimberly and a granddaughter, Madison Mincey. Upon the death of her parents at a very young age she was raised by her sister Helen Hallman Tootle.

Survivors include her husband, David Patrick Mincey, Sr. of Baxley; one son, David Patrick Mincey, Jr. and wife Polly of Baxley; four brothers, Raymond Yarbrough, Russ Yarbrough, Roy Yarbrough and Timothy Yarbrough all of Folkston; two sisters, Helen Hallman Tootle of Baxley and Miriam Hurley of Ingleton, TX; two adopted brothers, Richard Hallman and Michael Hallman; three adopted sisters, Mary Hallman Williamson, Diane Hallman Britt and Debra Hallman Tootle; two grandchildren, Buddy Kersey, Jr. and Danielle Kersey Johnson; four great grandchildren, Zoey Johnson, Abagail Johnson, Chase Dyal and Cameron Evans; several nieces, nephews and other family also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 3pm at Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Mitchell Jones and Reverend Doug Weisel officiating.

Interment will follow.

Active pallbearers will be Randy Evans, Dale Evans, Alexander Herrington, Ivy Herrington, Ricky Herrington and Jerry Kirkland.
