John W. Bass

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for Mr. John W. Bass, age 36, who passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Memoria Health in Savannah. Mr. Bass was a lifelong resident of Appling County.

Mr. Bass is preceded in death by his father, Cyrus Bass.

Surviving is his wife, Dianna McKenzie; six children, Kwame Mckenzie, Tristan Bass, Gavin Bass, Gunner Bass, Gabriel Bass, and Nevaeh Bass; his mother, Nina Rewis (Jimmy); four siblings, Bo Bass (BJ), Matt Bass (Shonda), Lisa Bass, and Rebecca Bass (Kenny); several nieces and nephews; and a special family friend Emmett Gibbs also survive.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. from the Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brittney Parete officiating.

Interment will follow in the Omega Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Nobles Funeral Home Chapel.

Active Pallbearers are Emmett Gibbs, CL Bass, Sam Bass, Kenny Griffin, David Hooper, and Dallas Griffin.
