Jimmy W. Griffin

Miles~Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral services for Jimmy W. Griffin, age 63, who passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Bacon County Hospital. He was a native and lifelong resident of Appling County. He worked in safety at Rayonier AM Jesup and was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, C.W. and Alice Griffin.

Survivors include four children, Jennifer Coleman and husband Matt of Baxley, Kristopher Griffin and wife Brittany of Port St. Lucie, FL, Heather Ellis and husband Dillon of San Diego, CA and Pam Griffin of Baxley; ten grandchildren, Bryce Branch, Dylan Coleman, Baylee Coleman, Mattelyn Coleman, Hunter Griffin, Robert Griffin, Haley Griffin, Ryan Yeilding, Justin Odom and Chayce Odom; one great grandchild, Kaiden Odom.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 5pm at Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Brian Gill and Reverend Rick Brown officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to memorial services on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Private Interment will be held at Omega Cemetery.
