Janet Marie Spell

Janet Marie Spell, 52, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Meadows Regional Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Appling County. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth "Rooster" Spell; parents, James and Eula Mae Crapps and a brother, James Jerry Crapps.

Survivors are her two children, Brandie Crapps of West Palm Beach, FL and Jason Wynn and wife Olivia of Baxley; two grandchildren, Meliek Monroe and Meliea Monroe of West Palm Beach, FL; one sister, Barbara and husband Quitman "Peanut" Williams of Baxley; two brothers, Michael Crapps of Baxley and Donny Crapps and wife Pam of Baxley; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, August 2, 2013 at 3pm at the Surrency City Cemetery with the Reverend Carlton Rowell officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral services on Friday at the cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers will be all friends and family in attendance.
