Hildred Stone

Miles~Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Hildred Stone, 81, who passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the Pavilion. He was a lifelong resident of Appling County. He was a member of Oakview Church of God and retired from Baxley Veneer and Cleat.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Pearl Stone Sr.

Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Stone of Baxley and Ellis Stone Jr. of Baxley; a niece, Erica B. Stone of Reidsville; a nephew, Ken Stone of Baxley; an adopted son, Chan Stone of Baxley and other family members also survive.

Memorial services will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2pm at Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Dennis Bryant officiating.
