Eddie Lee Johnson

Miles~Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the services for Eddie Lee Johnson, Jr., age 40,  who passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Appling Health Care Systems after a short illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Appling County and a member of the Appling County High Class 0f 1994.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie Lee and Nellie Johnson of Baxley, Mary Oswalt of Crawfordville, FL and Joe Draffin of Waycross.

Survivors include his parents, Eddie Lee and Barbara Johnson Sr. of Baxley; two sisters, Laura Bruce and Holley Rentz and husband Brad both of Baxley; one brother, Travis Johnson and wife Mandy of Baxley; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; a special friend, Michelle Crapps of Baxley.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. from the Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Lamar Lee and Darron Jackson officiating.

Interment will follow in the Omega Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Active Pallbearers will be Rick Orvin, Wayne Branch, Kyle Campbell, Darron Jackson, Mark Upchurch and Kenny Lewis.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Appling County High Class of 1994 and friends.
