Donald W. Youmans

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for Mr. Donald W. Youmans, age 72, who passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024, at Appling Healthcare. Mr. Youmans was a lifelong resident of Appling County, a faithful member of Harvest Chapel Church, and a former member of the Georgia National Guard. He began his career working in the family business Youmans 66, later retiring from Farm Bureau Insurance.

Surviving is his three children, Shane Youmans (Kendra), Samuel D. Youmans, and Hannah Youmans Dukes; five grandchildren, Kaylee Youmans, Paislee Youmans, Ethan Dukes, Elijah Dukes, and Jesse Kersey; one brother, Tommy Youmans (Debra); and a nephew Bryan Youmans (April); several great nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. from Harvest Chapel Church with Reverend Randy Sellers and Pastor Agnes Sellers.

Interment will follow in Asbury Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at Harvest Chapel Church.

Active Pallbearers are Samuel Youmans, Bryan Youmans, Jesse Kersey, Shelby Hallman, Jody Jacobs, and William Pearce.

Honorary Pallbearers are members of Harvest Chapel Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Harvest Chapel Church, 351 Holmesville Ave. Baxley, GA 31513.
