Donald Reeves

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral services for Mr. Donald Reeves, age 74, who passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023, at his residence. Mr. Reeves was a native of Moultrie, GA living in Appling County the past fifty years, a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the First Assembly of God, and a member of the Coffee Club at the B&F and the Huddle House.

Preceding him in death is a son, Chad Reeves, brother, Rayford “Coon” Reeves, sisters, Sue Weldon and Janice Jackson and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Reeves.

Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Elaine Reeves, daughter, Kim (Roger) Williams, grandchildren, Amber Griffis, Ashley Hutchins, and Don Johnson, eight great grandchildren, brother, Dennie Reeves, and a sister, Irene (Lamar) Potter.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, June 26, 2023, at 2 P.M. from the Bethel Church Cemetery with Reverend Rick Brown and Reverend Ronnie Rentz officiating.

Military honors will be rendered by the United States Army Honor Guard.

A visitation will be held Monday beginning at 12:30 P.M. from the Nobles Funeral Home Chapel.

Active Pallbearers will be Don Johnson, Steven Nettles, Matt Smith, Blaze Griffis, Zeke Griffis and Rodney Blackmon.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Lett and the staff of Hospice of South Ga.
