Deidre Mincey

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the death of Ms. Deidre Ann Mincey, age 55, who passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at her residence. Ms. Mincey was a long-time resident of Appling County and a retired seamstress.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Lee and Dixie Lee Gallagher Otto.

Surviving is her three children, Ramon Glass (Brandy) of Uvalda, C.C. Brannon (Brittany) of Baxley, and Kelly Otto of Baxley; eleven grandchildren; a sister, Tracie Otto-Webb of Whigham and a longtime friend Calvin Brannon also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
