Bonice Lee

Baxley-Bonice Mullis Lee, 57, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Appling County; a former CNA at Appling Healthcare Systems and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents J.T. and Dicy Mullis.

She is survived by her daughter, Renee Stone of Baxley; two grandchildren, Dylon and Amber Lee; a sister, Jeanene McLellan and husband David of Baxley; two nephews, Justin McLellan and wife Jessica and Jeffery McLellan and wife Gwen; four great nieces, Autumn, Cheyenne, Madysen and Kerstyn; numerous other family members also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 3pm at Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Charles Carter and Reverend Bobby Brinkley officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to funeral services on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in the Crosby Chapel Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jamison Kersey, Christopher Kersey, Derek Paulk and Latrez Reddish.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Nursing staff and visiting nurses of Appling Healthcare Systems, Jessica Covington and Altamaha Home Healthcare.
