Bobby Bruce Sexton

Miles~Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the services for Bobby Bruce Sexton, age 78, who passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at his residence after an extended illness under the care of Bethany Hospice.  He was a resident of Appling County for the past 20 years and retired from Merita Bread Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude Sexton and four children, William Sexton, Donna Sexton, Nancy Sexton and Rhonda McKinney Williams.

Survivors include one son, Bobby J. Sexton of Baxley; three grandchildren, Jessica Wiggins and husband J.T., Brittney Sexton and Jeffery McKinney all of Baxley; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Phronsie Miles of Coeburn, VA; several nieces, nephews and other family also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2pm at Miles~Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Mitchell Jones officiating.

Interment will follow in the Zoar Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.

Active Pallbearers will be Barry Oakes, Brandon Stone, David Bryant and Will Griffin.
