Bertha "Toots" Privett

Bertha “Toots” Privett, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, who passed away at her home in St. George, Georgia. She was born May 6, 1939, to Jeffrey and Ruby Green Batten. She was a kind, gentle women who loved her family and friends and was a devoted housewife.

Ms. Privett is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Privett; and her parents Jeffrey and Ruby Green Batten.

Surviving are her two children, Lorie Spears (Rick) of Baxley, Ga; a son Greg Privett; two grandchildren, Matthew Tillman of Valdosta, Ga and Megan Tillman of Atlanta, Ga; one great grandson, Aiden Tillman; one daughter in law, Georgette Wilkerson (David) of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
