Barbara Olson Padgett

Miles - Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Barbara Olson Padgett, age 84, who passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at The Cobblestone at Park Springs in Stone Mountain, GA. She was a native of Champagne, Illinois and a retired art and physical education teacher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Padgett, a son, Michael Padgett, her parents, Carl and Eva Olson and a brother, Bob Olson.

She is survived by her sister, Jane Wooly of Victoria, British Columbia; nephew, Walt and wife Beverly Swain of Hazlehurst and several other nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, February, 23, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. from the Zoar Cemetery with the Reverend Milton Thomas officiating.

Interment will follow.
